Rack Management/ Cabling

We take pride in our professional approach to building network racks, adhering strictly to EIA-310 standards to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Our commitment to quality extends to every aspect of rack construction, from selecting racks compliant with EIA-310 standards to upgrading them with modern, slimmer, and shorter patch leads.

By using racks that meet EIA-310 standards, LTG guarantees compatibility with industry norms, ensuring proper fitment for equipment and accessories. Additionally, upgrading to newer, slimmer patch leads not only enhances airflow around equipment but also facilitates faster cable tracing and repatching when necessary, contributing to overall network efficiency.

As part of our commitment to providing customized solutions, LTG offers optional color coding for cabling at no extra cost. This feature allows for easy identification of data links, PoE links, and uplinks, streamlining network management and troubleshooting processes.

Furthermore, we employ rackmount data cable tidies to organize cabling into fewer rack units, optimizing space utilization within the cabinet while maintaining a tidy and accessible setup. Additionally, the insertion of blanks or mesh into the rack promotes greater airflow to each rack unit, preventing equipment overheating and ensuring reliable operation.

To address specific requirements, such as CCTV integration, LTG includes a dedicated patch panel for CCTV, simplifying camera patching and eliminating crimp connector terminations on Network Video Recorders (NVRs) for increased reliability.

In summary, LTG’s approach to building network racks combines industry standards compliance with customized solutions to create efficient, organized, and reliable infrastructure tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
